Ordering an Export File<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6f66780 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6f66780\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><style>\na {<br \/>\n    text-decoration: none;<br \/>\n    color: #464feb;<br \/>\n}<br \/>\ntr th, tr td {<br \/>\n    border: 1px solid #e6e6e6;<br \/>\n}<br \/>\ntr th {<br \/>\n    background-color: #f5f5f5;<br \/>\n}<br \/>\n<\/style><\/p><div><p>The export file may be requested:<\/p><ul><li>at the customer&#8217;s request<\/li><li>particularly:<ul><li>upon termination of the agreement<\/li><li>when switching to another service provider<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>For downloading media files, the Supplier will create a read-only integration account in the EMMi service and provide an API key required for authentication to the REST interface.<\/p><p>Requests can be submitted through:<\/p><ul><li>customer support or the designated customer contact person<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4107502 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4107502\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">7. Delivery Schedule<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5601c2f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5601c2f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">The data will be delivered:<\/span><\/p><div><ul><li>without undue delay<\/li><li>typically within <strong>14 days<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>The Supplier is obligated to retain and, upon the Customer&#8217;s request, provide the customer&#8217;s data stored in the service during a <strong>30-day transition period<\/strong> following the end of the notice period.<\/p><p>If the maximum 30-day transition period is not technically feasible, the data processing service provider shall notify the Customer within 14 business days of receiving the switching request, provide a justified explanation as to why the transition period is not technically possible, and specify an alternative transition period. The alternative transition period may not exceed seven months. Service continuity shall be maintained throughout the alternative transition period where necessary.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9ca7b21 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9ca7b21\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">8. Customer Data Upon Termination of the Agreement<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-78120ba elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"78120ba\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>The customer has the right to obtain its own data.<\/li><li>The data will remain available for <strong>30 days<\/strong> after termination of the agreement.<\/li><li>After this period, the data will be deleted from the service in accordance with the applicable data retention and deletion policy.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e3c6f9b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e3c6f9b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">9. Interoperability<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-99e34f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"99e34f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">The export file is designed to support:<\/span><\/p><div><ul><li>data migration to other Digital Asset Management (DAM) or similar systems<\/li><li>reduction of vendor lock-in situations<\/li><\/ul><p>This is supported by:<\/p><ul><li>JSON format<\/li><li>a clear directory structure<\/li><li>separate metadata definitions<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a52d0ce elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a52d0ce\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">10. Limitations<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-07a1274 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"07a1274\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">The Supplier offers to transfer data that can reasonably be migrated from the service to a new supplier with reasonable effort.<\/span><\/p><div><p>The export file does not include:<\/p><ul><li>internal service provider system information<\/li><li>operational data not specific to the customer<\/li><li>technical log data<\/li><\/ul><p>Examples of data not considered reasonably transferable include asset links, cart links, folder links, image conversion information, asset version history, EMMi Public Upload Form or EMMi Assignment Form functionalities (Media Bank), proof annotations, proof version histories, project discussions (Project Management), editable browser-based layout templates (Create), layout automation workflows (Datacloud), and integrations with third-party services operating through APIs.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-50aef75 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"50aef75\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">11.
